We are delighted to welcome you all to the
WRO ® Open Championship Americas
Panama City, Panama.
In this edition, accommodation and transportation costs are included in the event's registration fees.
The registrations fees are as follows:
Registrations can only be made through the National organizers.
Each National Organizer must make payments through the WRO platform in order to complete the registration of their delegations. The platform will accept bank transfers and credit card payments.

REFUND POLICY
Registration closes on October 3rd, 2025. All registration fees must be paid immediately upon completing the registration process. Please note that no refunds will be issued after registration is finalized.

The event registration fees, include the following features:
Accommodation
From 18th to 20th October 2025, accommodation will be provided at an Official Hotel.
In a shared bedroom with 2 or 3 persons. The accommodation includes breakfast at the Hotel.
Additional nights: If you need extra nights, these will be charged separately, directly at the cost negotiated with the hotel and subject to availability.
Transportation
Food and beverages
A complimentary menu of assorted meals and drinks will be offered to all registered participants. Lunch will be served at the Panama Convention Centre from 19 to 21 October.
On 20 October, dinner will be served at the Friendship Night Celebration.
There will be food and beverage outlets at the Panama Convention Centre where you can buy food at any time if you want a snack between meals.

Return transfer from Tocumen International Airport to the official hotels. Available for trips to/from the official hotels between 17 and 23 October.
Transportation from your Hotel to/from the Panama Convention Center during the event days.
Electricity
Air conditioning
Panama is located near the equatorial tropic line therefore temperatures and humidity are high all year long, therefore our hotels and Panama Convention Center are equipped with air conditioning systems to cool down the temperature inside.
We recommend bringing hoodies or light jackets to be comfortable with the indoors temperature.

A complimentary WI-FI connection to the Internet is available at the official hotels and at the Panama Convention Center during the event dates.
Panama has a steady reliable electric grid network. The electric current is 110v and the plugs are American style. Please be aware of bringing your own adaptor to avoid any inconvenience.
